Help your daughter navigate school feeling confident, capable, and prepared!

This exciting one-day camp is designed specifically for girls ages 6–13 and focuses on building confidence, personal safety awareness, and practical self-defense skills in a fun, positive, and supportive environment.

Throughout the day, participants will learn:

• Age-appropriate self-defense techniques

• How to recognize and avoid unsafe situations

• Boundary setting and assertive communication

• Stranger and acquaintance safety

• Bullying prevention and confidence-building strategies

• Trusting their instincts and making safe decisions

Our goal is to empower every girl with the knowledge and skills to walk thru the school year with greater confidence, resilience, and self-belief.

Each participant will receive:

• ✔️ An official Back to School Safety & Confidence Certificate of Completion

• ✔️ An exclusive camp T-shirt

• ✔️ A full day of fun activities, confidence-building games, and empowering lessons they'll remember long after camp ends.

No previous martial arts experience is required—just come ready to learn, have fun, make new friends, and discover how strong you really are!
